Positive thread for the 2010 Olympics. Go Canada! Go Vancouver!

I haven't even attended any of the events live because I don't have tickets. Nonetheless, the experience of being in city for the Olympics has honestly been one of the best experiences of my life. There's nothing like walking around packed streets with people chanting go Canada, dressed up in Canadian-wear, and spontaneously erupting in Oh Canada. The city is completely packed with people but there's this feeling where anyone is easily approachable and willing to have a chat. Wherever there's a TV or screen there is always a crowd watching the games. Just an amazing atmosphere.

Absolutely zero to complain about in that department........the coverage has been awesome.

Agreed! There hasn't been one time I want to watch the Games and it hasn't been on.

I love how this thread gets no posts but the thread bitching about the games and the city of Vancouver and the one saying Calgary should have got the games goes on and on, hahaha. I love the games, can't get enough of it.
