I don't post much but I do read and follow the forum. A mobile version would be wonderful. As an Android user I too vote for Tapatalk. Free to the server, easily installed via plugin, and cheap to users. Any word on this? Would be nice to see before the preseason starts.

Still would like to get the new version of the forum software running before doing this, which is being worked on.. on vacation this week though

I check out the forums on my LG Dare all the time. Works pretty well other than pages with lots of images. Not having sigs/avatars would be a nice change but I still manage.
One suggestion if there's options for whatever's done for a mobile version would be to increase the size of the page buttons. That's really the only gripe I have; in fact if they were just made a smidgen bigger in the current format it'd solve the problem :P

You can turn off display of Avatars, Signatures and Images in general in your User Control Panel.

I had the forum all ready to update and they released two new versions of the forum software which broke the theme, and I have some huge projects on the go in real life eating a lot of my time, so I'll have to push the update back until I can fix the themes, which won't be until after my paying job lets up a bit

there's an app call Forum Runner which would allow us to browse this forum much easier. Can you register this forum in the meantime? At least we could browse a little easier.
I know it works with iPhone and Android...

That still requires me to put an addon on, not just sign up. That and there's that one, tapatalk, and the free one from vBulletin for v4.1 of the forum software.
So I need to evaluate which one is better, can they co-exist, do any have any security problems (since they're addons which basically have complete and full access to the database and everyone's emails and stuff), are they going to continue to support them (so I'm not left stuck with an old version and I can't upgrade), how difficult are they to maintain, etc etc
Plus the time to setup the software, which I simply do not have at the moment.

Yeah I haven't wanted to do it until after I upgrade the forum software (major version revision, old stuff not supported anymore), and I was really close to upgrading then a combination of me getting super busy and them updating the forum software a bunch in a short span put me behind again.
Takes quite a bit of time to make a forum theme.
That and I've spent too much time talking on the forum
