For example, you replace "like" with "dislike" or "sounds good" to "sounds ######ing spectacular homeslice" so as they're typing it will automatically change those words without any beeps or notifications to them.

I've also changed my name on coworkers' computers from Sliver to My Lord. You can even change single words to full sentences, but obviously they'll catch on very fast if you do this. If I were you, I'd go for the more subtle approach.
That is genius...you could really get someone into trouble with that one if you were so inclined.

Mmm... most of these require access to the person's computer and we are taught to lock our computers every second we are away from our desks. But I'll try the tape on the mouse one.

The upside-down screen has worked on a couple sets in the office. Both almost an hour in and are getting cranky... I love it.

I like whipping out the blue screen of death screensaver. Complete with local hardware details. Sure the mouse or keyboard will end the screensaver, but lots of people don't want to even touch the computer once they see this badboy.

Just a word of caution on this one- you will need to log in as the victim; or else the changes will be made to your profile and not theirs. Then one day months from now when you need to use their computer, the joke will actually be on you.

Actually the screensaver disables the mouse, so only the keyboard ends it. I also love the simulated reboot.
