Ouch yeah, that's a little scary.
You're still with this girl? Is it because she won't let you leave?

When she complains about something (money for example) and i offer to help and she says no even though she needs the help and knows she does. Or anything like that. It annoys me so bad when people need help with something and wont ask for it.

There's a huge difference. Once you've had filtered water, you'll never drink tapwater again.

I actually prefer the taste of tap water, but recognize that I'm in the minority. I like my H20 to have a little bite to it.

I had an ex-girlfriend years ago who I suspected was stealing money from me. When I finally caught her red-handed, she tried to blame her ten-year-old son for the crime.

Hey, that reminds me of my own personal taste in beer. I actually prefer the cheaper brands because they have taste. I find most higher-end brews, especially brands like Heineken, to be tasteless. Heineken just tastes like flat beer to me.

Not true. I drink both, and it really depends where the tapwater comes from. Calgary water I don't mind, but some places have it just terrible. Well water is also kinda hit or miss, but I generally just drink whatever water's available and am satisfied.

no, no, she's a nice girl and not a money hungry bitch. she just has her priorities fataed up, partly due to her age i think (20). but still it gets a little annoying.
|
Yep, the age is partly responsible. I'm not sure I've ever met a 20 year old girl who didn't have messed up priorities in one or more areas of her life.
|
lol. As opposed to us males who at the age of 20 are shining examples of maturity and responsibility. [/b][/quote]
Don't get me wrong, 20 year old males are no different. I didn't know shinguard when I was 20.

I've been drinking filtered water for about sixteen years now. The filtration system is in the kitchen downstairs, and even my four-year-old son will ignore the tap upstairs and go down to get a drink.

My tap water tastes disgusting now that I'm completely used to filtered water. Been drinking reverse-osmosis at work and home for a while now, it's really hard to drink any large amount of non-filtered water.
Try the pure stuff, you'll never go back. Like a "real" man would...

Like I said, tried both. Water is water. Yes, some tastes better than others, but I've also found that filtered water doesn't always taste better. Bottled water, in particular, tends to go stale when left, say...in a waterbottle at room temperature. I go back, I go forward, I go wherever I need to to stay hydrated. H-2-Oh YEAH!!!

I have this objection to buying water, I mean I grew up with water from the tap (from a well outside my house so it's not "city water" as folk around here say), and in my apartment we do use a Brita, but only because it's colder in the fridge than the tap.
Mind you I have started buying bottled water, I find now that I gave up pop for lent I'm craving water alot more, and it's there and avaliable.
I do wonder why people buy $1.99 Dasani, Evian, or whatever when you can get no name stuff for like $.69.
Water is water to me.
