I've booked my hotel and ticket for this, my 2nd Coachella weekend. Looking forward to most of the Day 2 & Day 3 acts. I probably won't enter Day 1 until late afternoon/early evening.

Boy, I must be getting old. I can recognize only about 2 of those names.

Where the frack is Tom Petty on on there?

That's a great line-up.

LCD Soundsystem, Vampire Weekend, P.I.L., The Specials, Grizzly Bear, Echo & The Bunnymen, MGMT, Dead Weather, Dirty Projectors, Raveonettes, Pavement, Phoenix, Spoon, Gary Numan, Yo La Tengo, Deerhunter.

IIRC, Echo And The Bunnymen had to cancel fall tour of North America - passport problems?

I'm going to predict the headliners for Sasquatch!, already have tickets and am getting a bit excited for them to announce the line-up after seeing Coachella.

Saturday
Soundgarden
Dead Weather
Faith No More

Sunday
Them Crooked Vultures
Arcade Fire
Flaming Lips

Monday
Pavement
Belle & Sebastian
Q-Tip

Might be a bit of a wishlist but not impossible. Belle & Sebastian are back together and are touring this year. Don't think any other of these bands are playing Primavera other than Pavement. Probably way off though, they keep the bands under wraps quite well for Sasquatch!

And Vampire Weekend is most likely there as they are playing the Pacific North West around that time. Love to see Bon Iver again, doubt they will be there 2 years in a row though.

Course I've never been, so I could be completely wrong. Actually, tell me if I am, cause I've always thought about giving it a try. Won't be able to go this year, but may go another year.
The camp sites are still a party regardless of what the rules are.

The artwork in itself is almost a reason to go!

Certainly a line up that is a bit more focused on electronic music.

That would be great for a 2 day show, then beat the traffic home and skip day 3!
