I see a perfect reason for a grown man to buy Silly Putty. When you're done with the impression, you'll have hours and hours of fun!

Silly Putty would change shape before you got it back to the jewellers. I wouldn't trust that.

Next time she is pleasing you...ummm lazily or manually, make note in comparison to your junk.
It will be hilarious when you get to the jewellery store when you unzip and say it's 1/3 (or hopefully not twice) the girth of this.

How could you not know her assorted sizes? My wife has them written down for me.

This is exactly what you do.

When i was doing this, I found her ring fit perfectly on my pinkie, so I just went to the jeweler and had them measure my pinking for size. Maybe one of your other fingers is ~ the same size as her ring finger.

This is what I did....I saw it on the night stand and traced it and then took the paper to the jewlers.
I was very proud of myself.

Ring size is determined by the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters. If you can tell the jeweler the inside diameter - he can tell you the corresponding size.
All you need to do is nab a ring she already wears and either measure or trace the inside diameter.
Happy anniversary!

Ask her what her ring size is because you are fixing some type of sexual device that throws electric volts through each others bodies during sex.
When she sees the ring she will be both surprised and incredibly relieved.. if she hasn't left you yet. Risk reward type thing.

My GF's ring finger size is the same size as my iron ring.
So I already know the size!

I wouldn't do anything but buy the ring and then get it sized after. Otherwise you are probably going to end up getting it sized twice, and usually a sizing is free the first time, but some places don't do that anymore. And it costs ALOT more to get it made bigger, so if you make it too small you are sol..and you should let her decide what finger she wants to wear it on..jewellry placement is very personal to a woman! so buy it big and let her get it sized, some places will do it the same day even..i had that done at a jewellry store in sunridge once for buzzards wedding ring, and i just had to go shop for an hour and it was done, otherwise, the longest it ever takes is from a monday to a thursday at peoples
