No buddy, there was no point proven.... I came in here, asked to questions, and you call my response a dickhead response... I know my way around online training sites, web forums, and and four different programs....
I wanted to know what you wanted to benefit from them, because they are all different as it comes to dieting and losing wait, to gaining wait, building muscle and flexibility.
