They are the Hockey Canada sponsor for the 2010 world jrs, but they are using it as a platform to make it look like they are an olympic sponsor. Notice no mention of the World Jr's. There packaging has Hockey Canada all over it, and even has red cases. I guess they have to try something since Coke owns the olympics. pretty greasy though.
As for the chant.... weak, they are going to have pepsi marketing kids running around the rink during the world jrs trying to get this chant going. I hope it fails.

Patroitism and commercialization are tough to mix successfully. This attempt fails IMO because it seems as if it is trying to be serious, but it comes off as corny.
I don't get it. There's nothing even stereotypically Canadian about starting a sentence with 'eh'. The stereotypical accent is all about ending a sentence in 'eh' with a rising inflection.
so many better options here. I agree the U-S-A chant is annoying as hell, but its better than this god awful eh-oh canada-go crap
the best has to be from m home country: Aussie Aussie Aussie! Oi Oi Oi!

I can't believe such a stupid chant won. That is why the public should never be able to vote on anything. All stars, chants, government. All they do is screw things up.
Not that I like any chant that Pepsi gives us but the other one (of three total) was way better. The C-eh-N-eh-d-eh, Go Canada go was one of the other ones IIRC.
