And I often find the limo/sedan guys to be a little heavier on the gas as getting you there faster is in their best interest. Taxis, on the other hand, could care less as long as the meter is running.

know someone in Harvest Hills/Coventry, etc? Park there and take a cab. My folks are always parked at my house, saves them about $50 in cab fare.

Good to know. I often use a credit card for cab rides in Vancouver. In fact, I rarely use cash for anything. I hate carrying cash, but I guess better to be safe than sorry.

Anyways, cabs are ridiculously priced in Calgary. The city is so spread out so I understand why. Calgary does need a more effective method of transport to the airport.
