ok, I'm all for protecting young offenders, but when you have someone running around who's wanted for something like this, there's no way that you should handicap the police by not allowing them to release key data and pictures to the public.

Sometimes you have to balance off things like privacy and protection versus public safety.

^ Ha, just saw a picture of this guy in the paper and I swear I've seen him before in a Harvey's restaurant. He had crude swastika tattoos. My buddy made a smart comment to him which he didn't pick up on. He didn't seem too bright (/obvious.) Weird thing is that he was at the restaurant with a "brown" guy.
