Once I forgot how to spell antidisestablishmentarianism. God was my face red.

Occasionally, I will look at a word, printed, or on a screen or something, and just realize how weird it looks having the letters together to form that word.

"The" has foxed me before, largely because the vowel sound doesn't seem appropriate for an "e". "Trampoline" also loses meaning for me if I say it a few times in a row.

Continuous always gets me...as well as curiosity. That one in particular is just a bugger to spell.
When I was in elementary school, I honest to god used to spell "the" as "teh" all the damn time. I would always correct it, but I felt so stupid; now it's an entire meme!

I think the real question here is:
1) Would you nail Mary Poppins in that movie?
and
2) If she screamed that when she came, would you find it weird or hot?

I did this with the word "address" at work last week. For some reason it just didn't look right to me. I had to ask a couple of my co-workers about it, and then I felt like an idiot.

It seems almost nobody on CP ever spells "led" correctly.
