The only one out of those four that I have heard before is Eminem. And I have no idea who the heck Kings of Leon are.

Shows how much I know. Hahaha.

Comparing Michael Jackson to the Beatles, the Who, Led Zepplin, the Rolling Stones et al is a joke, they are far more deserving musically then MJ is.

I'd even take Jimmy Hendrix over the little freak.
Take out the beatles out and MJ is in that conversation. The Who has scores of albums you couldn't name one song off, Led Zeppelin shamelessly stole and are still getting sued, and the rolling stones have been a parody of their former selves since the late seventies. Hendrix was only getting started and I think his death was the most regrettable of any musicians.

These are all bands I love, but they're not without their flaws. I don't see how you can argue that they were on another level than jackson.

The Beatles - Played Instruments
The Who - Played Instruments
Led Zeppelin - Played Instruments
Jimi Hendrix - Played an Instrument
The Rolling Stones - Played Instruments

Michael Jackson - Sang and Danced. I think he was really good at both but musically I don't think you can compare him to any of the bands that were mentioned.

As for The Who and the Rolling Stones both were two of the best bands in the world from the mid 60s through the late 70s before they fell into the vortex of crap known as the 80s.
