My neighbours think it's funny to let their little girls - under the age of 10 - hang onto the back of their van while they're driving up their long, twisting driveway to their house.

This summer they called down to find out if we'd seen their little boy - he's under the age of three. He was found half a mile down the hill next to a pond with the dog. But that's not the end of the story. A few hours later . . . . . they called down AGAIN to ask if we'd seen him. I found him down the hill once more and brought him back. How do you lose a three year-old twice in a few hours?!!! That was actually the second time I'd found him wandering the coyote-infested hills last summer.

They should put a coat hanger on him to keep him close.

They're going to have some great stories to tell when and if they ever grow up.
