What a finish in Edmonton! Simon with a 62 yard td with 12 seconds left. After the Esks took the lead with 57 seconds left.

It reminds me of the Stegall td a few years back.

no kidding, crazy ending, i love seeing edmonton lose games last minute, although they didn't deserve to win this one anyways. bad play on that last minute td, esk db covering him should've hit him, looked like he tried to but didn't get his arms around to wrap up, simon somehow got through and the db hit the other db.
it would've been cool to see the esks tie it up on the field goal with no time left, then some o/t, but 59 yards is too much. that said, he needed it about 5 yards farther and a few feet over and he had it

It's beautiful how Edmonton sports fans have to suffer this type of last minute heart break on back to back nights. If Winnipeg beats Hamilton tommorrow night it will put the Eskies in tough to make the playoffs.

Big game for the Stamps on Monday as the Riders have tied them in points. The Riders win might have come at a huge cost though as Dressler apparently has a severely sprained ankle.

Just finished reading Rod Pedersen's blog which says not only does Dressler have a sprained ankle but also a broken fibula.

The only reason the Ticats are even in the game is because the refs refuse to call them on their multiple offside, as well as handed them a phantom facemask against the Bombers.

It's been Winnipeg all game. Great showing.
