I flip flop a lot. Generally left hand at about 11, right on the shifter or iPod...sometimes roll with both hands, but that's very rare.

Lately I have been driving with two hands at 9 and 3, unless when shifting then it's at 9 and the gear shifter.

I feel uncomfortable driving with two hands, it bugs me.
Right hand usually on the stick or ipod and left at 10/11ish.

left elbow resting on the window ledge and hand on 9 oclock with the right hand either lightly holding at 6 oclock, on the shifter or at 3 oclock

Any of these is better than driving with a limp wrist with your fingers dangling over the steering wheel, I cringe everytime I see this.
It's typically some ###### with his hat on sideways and his seat all the way back so he can ride "gangsta" style.
If my Acura had a rocket launcher, I would target these guys.
I typically drive with one hand generally between 9:00 - 11:00.
Sometimes it's two and I'll have my left around 9:00 and right close tor 4:00 - 5:00.
For left hand turns I love turning with my right hand starting from the bottom.
