Obviously, I understand that, but assuming dude is eating, wouldn't he have choked? His food would have went the same way.

I know you can sometimes swallow water wrong and it goes down the wrong pipe, but this is weird.

I've seen news clips of the guy and he isn't fat.

He also made a comment that he comes from a family that likes to eat fast. Chances are he was adding more food when he hadn't really swallowed what was in his mouth.
