I should add in a shameless plug that Optimal Therapies also has Athletic Therapists and massage. They treat all of the MRU varsity athletes including the soccer teams.

Shameless plug, okay, I actually got the Traumeel, but it was in tablet form, I will look for that gel later today and see if that helps and maybe if I combine the two I will be healed enough to play on monday....

Suck it up princess. Just wrap it in duct tape and it should be all good. After all, can't duct tape fix everything?

Yes. Combining both is a good idea. The drug store in 5th avenue place has it if you are downtown.
