Yo yeah. That's it. I saw it driving down 14th street in Kensington the other day. Pretty intimidating vehicle, I must say.

I saw the cop thing you describe on Deerfoot a couple weeks ago. Pretty cool looking.
He had to go slow like the rest of us suckers. Probably have to have some serious patience when you are driving a vehicle like that and the freeway suddenly comes to a stop cuz some moron had the sun in his eyes and came to a stop.
Anyway, that grey RV is cool. The "Robusto". Best name ever for a vehicle. Better even than Cressida.

Sheesh. 250 grand?
That's a pretty expensive toy and you know, you just know, that whoever made the decision to buy it thought "oh man, this is so cool. We gotta have one of these".

the RV in the OP seems to be a compromise. It's not going to as luxury because it has to have the 4x4 stuff, and it's not going to be as good a 4x4 because it's so big. Cool, but not very practical. Won't sell well, for the same reason that the flying cars that are "available" don't sell well. They aren't particularly great at either.

It makes me sick. The tank thing too. They're freaking city cops, not the army. 250 grand buys a lot of computers and math books.

You can just ride up on a bike to a crisis situation with firearms right? Calgary is a big city and it isn't as though this is an RG-31 or a LAV-III

Lucky for you guys that I'm not the chief of police. I'd replace all police vehicles with those bad boys.
