In high school I was tall and really skinny. A couple years later after eating lots and working out lots too, I was starting to look well built. I was hanging with some friends and one guy who I hadn't seen a while said to another guy "Look at him, he's buff". The other guy joked, no that's not his name, and next thing I know they started calling me Buff. So I stuck with that name for most online stuff. While I had the nickname before the pro-wrestler Buff Bagwell started using the name, I have stolen his tag line from time to time. "I'm Buff and I'm the stuff".

I was trying to come up with a clever username for another page and every dang thing was taken so I decided to try to come up with something so dumb that no one could have possibly thought of it and I could finish the registration at get on with my day.
I succeeded with this one, thought it was kind of funny and brought it over here, and what do you know, I got it first shot. Yay, for me.
I am kind of a metal-head by the way too.
