I saw him on the Daily Show too and checked Ticketmaster. Looks like he's just doing shows in Toronto and Vancouver  .
As for Dane Cook... I'd feel bad for taking away a ticket from some idiot humourless 15 year old who I'm sure is dying to go. "Mind ninjas!!!!!! OMG THATS FUNNY! Especially when he yells it!!"

Doubt he's playing the Dome. Comedians don't get audiences that big on a tour stop. Heck even big ones may never do an arena.
It would be the Jubilee. I saw Seinfeld there, it was great.

Russell Peters is actually known and has followings overseas, and I've been in each of Cape Town, Sydney and London when he's toured those places and there has been a buzz each time. Whereas I have never even heard Dane Cook's name mentioned outside of North America. The guy is no funnier than any amateur you'd see at Yuk-Yuks on a Wednesday night.

On a side note I would imagine he would be playing the Dome, he played and sold out Rexall I believe and pretty much his entire tour has been selling out. The guy is only the second Comic to sell out MSG (twice in one night), Dice in the 80's was the first I believe.
Hes a love him or hate him comic, I used to find the guy funny but his act got played out pretty fast.
