Palin's more dangerous because she can actually get into power. These nuts with their signs can cause trouble, even death sure, but Palin could cause wars and hatred. By the way I don't hate her, she's the one spewing hate, but she does scare me, even more than Bush did. Sometimes I can't believe what comes out of her mouth and what will be next.

Palin has stated that she believes Americans are God's warrior race (or something along those lines). I would say that it is a scarier prospect seeing her with nuke launch codes and the command of the worlds most powerful army that it is for vile thugs protesting for the death of people who insult islam.

Then again, Palin is not saying America should go to war with anyone who insults Christianity. If she has said it before, she obviously would not do it when in power... nor would Congress or the people allow it.

Regardless, it is ridiculous to compare one of those protesters and Palin. Palin accepts diversity and religious and personal freedoms, those protesters advocate totalitarian islamofascism.

There is a HUGE difference, and you damn well know it. We get that you hate Palin. I don't necessarily like her either, but there is no way I can compare her to these 'terrorists.'

Hell, I don't like Obama either, probably to the point where people think my dislike is 'hatred'....or something worse, but I'm not comparing him to Hitler, Stalin or Mao, am I?
She does claim to be a person who openly hopes to see the end of the world in the near future and she panders to people who hope for the same thing.

The people with the signs are obviously crazy, but they ain't preaching anything crazier than end times nonsense and the great day when all the good people will fly off into the sky and the rest of us will burn for all of eternity in hell.

You sure about that. She's about the most ignorant, dumb politician I've ever come across and a bald faced liar. She panders to the racists and religious nuts which could end up leading to fascism by the trouble she'd cause, so how can you say that she accepts diversity and religious and personal freedoms. Her actions don't say that at all.

Since we have you and Rouge telling us that she does this and that. Why don't you both come up with actual evidence for all this.

I don't remembering her saying she hoped to kill all those who insulted her beliefs. IF she did you and few other here on CP are in danger. Being the radical killing machine that she is, how come she did cut of Tina Fey head when she had the chance?

I am saying she is not going to outlaw mosques and mandir's, she may want to limit the freedoms of LGBT persons, but she wont make being gay a capital offence. I believe her crazy beliefs would influence her policy towards the middle east, but I dont think she will bring about a Judeo-Christian totalitarian state.

What crazy beliefs? Just click on Palin......you can see quotes of her stating her positions on various topics.

Certainly positions that people would disagree with but hardly crazy.

You can take a look at Obama too.

She has no chance of getting into power. Her resignation as governor and her woeful performances on the campaign trail ensured that.

I'm no fan of hers, in fact she's a large part of why I voted the other party for President for the first time, but she's harmless and she certainly does not live up to the comparison you were trying to make. Not even close.

and she's going to facilitate this so we should all be scared?

There's no comparison.

I am just wondering why this thread isn't titled "Sarah Palin is an air headed bimbo"?

You mean evidence that she panders to evangelical Christians? I don't think I have to prove that. It's not a secret and it's not inflammatory to say so. She does it. Am I wrong? I believe she identifies herself an evangelical Christian.

ANYWAY, the point is that "we" have our fair share of dimwits with crazy religious beliefs. Mocking a different crowd with this "religion of peace" title is just an eyeroller. Sure, they are crazy. But they ain't any crazier than the nuts we have here. One of those nuts just about became vice-president so it's the old glass houses deal.

And the people in the pictures are going to facilitate a Muslim takeover of the entire world so we should be scared?

There's the comparison.

So being an Evangelical Christian means pandering to them?

So being an Evangelical Christian is now a radical, dimwit or crazy?

So that makes the President of the United States a dimwit? Comparable to terrorist loving jihadis?

How do you know these folks with signs don't have large bank accounts funding terror cells across the Middle East?

And it seems to me that folks advocating extreme views are the same ones who have caused a fair bit of war and "hatred" (read 9/11).

You have to wonder how radical Islam is going to effect immigration policies especially in European nations where there's fear of a population or voter take over, and fear of possible future violence.

Does the world eventually shut down easy immigration from Muslim states?
