Yoga is good. I've gone a few times with my roomie (never been ever before) and felt really good after. Even tho it did kick my ass a little, it was awesome for all the stretching etc..and it's fairly calm, not a strenuous work out.
I've had 2 different instructors, one was an abs freak the other was a legs freak. I wanted them both dead by the end of those sets, but, in the end it was worth it for the stretching and the calm but good music.
I say A) relaxing. Final answer.
