YAY! it looks like the dog has been found! Those kids need to be punished. They should put them in a cage with dogs that are larger than 10 lbs.

See........this is why I wish our law system was "eye for an eye". Under my system, if the dog is found alive and well, the family gets to beat the snot out of the criminals.
You know, I am not that old, but when I was a kid, the last thing I would find entertaining is calling my buddies over to gang up on a puppy. Lame...

I'm so happy now, I have no connection to the story at all and don't have a dog but it really hit me for some reason. This made my day.

At least he was a younger dog. only 1 and a half. He should have no problems recovering. And it's great that the other dog can finally eat again.

If, after seeing those pictures of Pinball and his brother, you're looking for a smaller dog, and don't want to buy from a pet store, you might want to check out Little Mutts Rescue.

So many small town high school versus junior high playground stories . . . . .

Nice to see a happy ending.

douse the little b**tards in BBQ sauce and throw 'em in a kennel. Justice served.

Bah!

(1) I doubt there will ever be harsher punishment for animal cruelty. Bill C-373 was watered down into S-203. S-203 makes convictions very difficult and language was softened to please livestock farmers and hunters. So long as meat is on the dinner table, cats and dogs will get beaten, light on fire, thrown in microwaves....

(2) I stopped reading the CP confessions thread as some of the animal cruelty in there just turned my stomach.
