Cool story. Dolphins are incredible creatures. I wonder what it is about them that they are able to sense a person's distress. Just physical actions? I had heart from a talk given by some bio prof that certain types of fish are able to communicate and track predators and prey using impedance matching of low level EM fields. Not I know the human brain does emit certain types of waves, could a dolphin pick that up? Moreover, can humans pick that up, and thus sometimes you can sense someone is coming up from behind you?
(sorry for nerding this up)
