Mini sqash/zucchini/asparagus

red(my favorite), yellow and green peppers

thick slices of red onion

combined or stand alone.

toss them in a little oil and seasoning salt and grill. The red and yellow peppers are awesome as the sweetness in them really comes out.

Marinate some portobello mushrooms in balsamic vinegar and a bit of oil and grill 'em up.

Also works well with zucchini.

Combine either one with red and yellow peppers.

Easiest potato salad. Boil some small whole potatoes (they come in small bags in the chiller units) in salted water until cooked through (about 20 minutes). Finely chop one red onion. Cut potatoes into halves or quarters and add to the onion when still hot. Mix with Hellman's mayonnaise (again while still warm) enough to give the potatoes a good coating. Done!

Celery, Peanut and Sultana salad. Chop a head of celery, add a handful of salted peanuts and a handful of ready to eat sultanas. Mix with mayonnaise. Enjoy!

Also add Basalmic Vinegar to the veggies. We add zucchini as well.

Yeah. I like a tasty homemade (non of that store bought crap) potato salad to go with a bbq dinner.
A ceasar salad also goes very well too with bbq dishes.

Baked beans, the ones where you put in molasses, bacon, onions, and I usually put in my homemade salsa instead of chilil sauce.

This is going to be late, but this is one of my favourites.

Get some Red, yellow and green bell peppers. Slice and combine with thickly sliced white onion and thinly sliced jalapeno. Marinate all of it in Italian dressing with a dash of tabasco. Grill in one of those grilling baskets.

Freaking amazing.
