Looks like MemEx finally gets them in.

I ordered a 80GB, hopefully they still have some left.

Their pricing is actually good since these are the retail versions that come with the mounting kit.

Some info for those that want to put it on Windows 7 with the new firmware... don't.

Wow. I think this is one of the few times I've seen MemEx drop the ball so hard on getting a new product in.

I've been wanting to buy one for months...289 is not a bad price for them at all especially with it being local and all the gouging STILL at other retailers.

so when is Intel gonna fix the firmware issues? i've been waiting to upgrade to Win 7 until i bought a SSD to throw it on, and by all accounts Intel's is the most solid solution out there, but of course this whole firmware deal throws a wrench into things

Well, you can still upgrade the OS if you don't have the new firmware on. (I guess you could downgrade the firmware)

I have mine running Windows 7 right now with no issues with the old firmware. I don't need the TRIM command right now as the drive is still "fresh" for now.
