Based on the movie how could the book possibly be anything but a piece of crap?

I believe you that the book is good. That is just my reverse way of saying the movie was awful.

^^^ Too bad it looked to have a pretty decent cast. I thought the book would translate well to a movie. Maybe they should do a reboot of it.
