I didn't see anything that says 10". I must be missing something. In any case, there's a catch under the floor board. Remove it and you should find something.

Did you get the key behind the briefcase? It's on the right side. Use that key to the lower left corner of the painting. When that opens, there's another key on the shelf for the briefcase.

WTF, how are you supposed to see that lol. This game is about random clicking or I need to do this on my Plasma TV and not my stupid 14" laptop

Click to the right of the briefcase, like you are trying to look behind it... if I remember correctly. You should be able to see behind it.
