Interesting. I was just looking at the Zune website, and they actually look pretty interesting. Then I noticed they not only don't work with iTunes, but they don't even have a Mac version of the Zune software.
Wow. It takes a special kind of "global" company to turn its back on millions of potential customers. I wonder where the iPod would be if iTunes didn't run on Windows.
Like someone else here mentioned a few days ago, if Microsoft was a new company trying to break into software world today, they would be completely left behind in the dust. They have this humungous user-base, yet every single decision they make just drives them further and further into irrelevancy.
