Personally I love parkdale/Hillhurst/West Hillhurst. So expensive though. If you go a tiny bit North or a bit East of there though you can get brand new places around 2000 sqft for near that price.

Well I'm probably looking at Inner, but seeing the prices of those... maybe somewhere like Tuscany, Panorama... not too far from downtown but not close either

Sorry about that, I'm not set on a Sq Ft yet as I still have to see a couple more houses to determine a good size for me.

A lot changes in 5 years but back then I built with Carolina Homes and was happy with the timetable and the home. We lived in that house for a couple years and were happy with the service after that too.
