As I mentioned earlier, MMM is showing an episode nightly, and they're going in order from the very first episode onwards. Right now its in season 2, when they're having the Vince/Mandy Moore love triangle, I forgot how bad that got. Easily the worst part of the series, I remember I almost stopped watching it because it was getting so painful. Thank God they've never tried to do something like that in the 3 years since.
One thing I'll give Entourage's writers alot of cred for is if their audience doesn't like something, they'll give it the chop quick(ie Dom, who was supposed to become a regular but he was so hated by the audience that they got him the hell out of Dodge, thank God).

I really don't buy that Dom thing....I mean he was in two episodes and I'm sure people hated him, but what, they totally changed the whole series mid season to cater to the fans??? I don't think so. If you find something to prove me wrong, please do, but I really don't believe they got rid of a character in the middle of a season and then wrote and filmed new episodes on a week to week basis.......don't they film all(maybe not all, but most) the episodes in adavance of the premiere of the season??

I gotta disagree with you again on this one. We had never seen Vince in love before. he had just been going thru random tail for 2 and a half seasons before Mandy came along and I thought we saw a side of Vince that we hadn't seen before. Having said that, I don't want that side to return anytime soon, but for a 4 episode portion of a season, I'm okay with it, and in fact, I kinda liked it.

This is where I got my remarks about Dom from: "Ellin says Dom (whom Vince had to oust from the crew after he stole that shockingly important Shrek doll) will likely return. Domenick Lombardozzi, the actor who plays Dom, is one of Doug Ellin’s close friends, and Ellin wrote him in intending for Dom to be a permanent fixture of the entourage. Unfortunately, he didn’t anticipate the audience’s negative reaction to the character, which ultimately led to Lombardozzi’s early exit. Ellin has a personal goal to bring Dom back, but this time he’ll have a storyline we can empathize with. Giving him terminal cancer is one idea they're considering." http://entourageshow.blogspot.com/20...five-look.html
-I'm sure they didn't re-write the whole script for him, that wouldn't make sense. But it probably affected future seasons which may have seen Dom as more of a central figure.
As for the second thing, about you enjoying Vince and his relationship with Mandy Moore, I can't argue that. That's just personal preference. You enjoyed that side to it, that's cool. I didn't. I don't watch that show for love triangles and stuff like that. If I wanna see that, I'll watch one of the other dozens of shows which feature it. I watch Entourage to hear the hilarious dialogue between the boys and see Hollywood through their eyes. I wanna see Vince tear through the supermodels like he did the first couple seasons, not have some emotional meltdown over a girl. Entourage is a light, kind of watered-down Sex and the City for guys. I want them to keep it light. But that's just me.

Haha another classic Ari line that I heard on last night's re-run episode(when Ari was just fired and Lloyd's driving him home)
Lloyd: You will bounce back Ari Gold!
Ari: I drove to work in an $80,000 Mercedes. I'm driving home in a prop car from The Fast and the Furious. I just don't see it.

HAHAH, I totally forgot about that one, that used to be my favorite line of the whole show before that Drama line that I posted with my first post in this thread......haha, that was a massive one.
