Q4 is the expected launch of Telus and Bell GSM networks - at the very least in Vancouver so they can get a piece of the Olympic tourist roaming pie, but I would expect it will be in all major city centres to coincide with the launch of new companies like GlobalWireless.

3G is EVDO on the CDMA side - Telus and Bell have decided to use the terminology to try to compete with Rogers.
