Amateur hour at Calgary Chrysler service departments

Hey, I'm sure I've told you this story but we bought a car from a dealership (Chrysler affiliate, in fact), from my DAD who was the salesman, and it supposedly had like a 200 point inspection. Yeah, it didn't pass the friggin' provincial inspection to take it from BC to Alberta.

I question if anyone is actually doing those inspections!

Had nothing but great service from Tower when I had a Chrysler vehicle.

Now I have a GM, and I go to McKay/Shaganappi when I had warranty. They are BRUTAL. Never answer their phones, never call you back, all that stuff so I found a good neighborhood mechanic. Sucks when he can't figure out what's wrong though....
