I volunteered at a casino this weekend. There is a whole lot of stupid in that room. People losing hundreds/thousands of dollars, every day. Of course, they all have a "system", or a "lucky seat", and they recently "won big".

At least charities are benefitting from these geniuses, if their families are not. It's shocking how much $ is pouring through there every day.

Alberta Gaming had an addiction counsellor there all day - only two people talked to her all day.

My wife swung our van around in front of our house to back in the driveway like we always do. Right as she was blocking the road, a group of students came FLYING around the corner in their dads Accord and had to stop very very quickly. Everyones windows were down and they decided to unload a barrage of insults at my wife, with my kids sitting in the back of the minivan. They were obviously focused on my wife because they somehow missed all 275 pounds of Frank the Tank sitting in the passenger seat. I got out, their windows went up, car was put in reverse and they booked it.

Pretty effing stupid to lip off to a cute little MILF with her gorilla husband sitting beside her.

So you let your wife do the driving? 'cause that's what I got from the story.

If I'd seen that, it would fall under the "Hilarious things you've seen" thread.

The kids in the car left to get the dad of the driver and owner of the Accord known as Big Al who is 285 lbs. The dad would have had 10 lbs on you!

My favourite is from last year. We were at southcentre mall in the food court. There was a play area next to it. My 2 year old goes over there, and there's a 5 year old kid also playing. The 5 year old has a metal claw hammer in his hand. Needless to say, my 2 year old wasn't in there very long. What kind of idiot parent lets a 5 year old play with a real hammer?

I once saw a lady take the wrong exit from 52nd St NE at 16th Ave. She got about half way down the off ramp, realized she had taken the wrong turn, stropped and started backing up. To add to the scenario, a gravel truck was taking the same exit and was coming down the off ramp as she was backing up towards it.

I don't know if it was the same woman or not, but in the same general area I say a similar looking lady pull over to the curb, stop, turn her left turn signal on, and proceed to turn across both lanes of traffic into a strip mall parking lot (Rundlehorn Dr and 36th St NE).

How doe people like that even get a driver's license in the first place? Surely they couldn't have passed a driver's test.

A cell phone picture from one of my buddies who works for the Flames of some guy who seemed to think that the stairs going down towards the ticket office on the North side of the Dome was an underground parking ramp. He beached his old crappy chevy on the stairs and had to get help. I will try to get this pic e-mailed to me so I can post as soon as possible. Very stupid.
