Thanks for the offer, but I don't want to turn this into a giant mess. (He also sounds sort of stupid, so I don't think he'd notice you are Colorado State Gov't)

Verizon said I can only block up to 5 numbers, and I don't think I can block an entire area code. Plus, I have a cousin in Denver who calls me from time to time. The only reason I'd go to the cops is just to get this guy off my butt, I'm not really looking to get him in trouble or anything.
