Just a note people, I recorded Fringe tonight at 7:00pm on channel 208, and American Idol ran about 3 minutes late. You might want to consider recording this later on if you want to see the end. I haven't watched the recording yet, but I would imagine the ending might be cut off.

I thought the first couple of episodes were brutal. I've started watching again, and it has improved greatly.
Nowhere near the best show on TV, IMO, but I'm watching.

Just heard about this show last week and decided to check it out tonight. Seems like my type of show.

Tonights was a good show to see for a first time viewer of the series. When the agent Scott/Massive Dynamic stuff comes back it gets pretty confusing at times if you missed an episode.

And you can blame that crappy show American Idol for that. How that show gets away with preempting other shows week in, week out is beyond me. It's friggin' annoying, so I guess that means my recording will be cut off too. Go figure, last week's was cut off too.

I've got really high expectations for the last two episodes of this season. The last few have been great; I loved Walter meeting and working with the other scientist last episode, and the previous one with Olivia's 'buddy' was one of the best two episodes yet.

Just to bump this thread.
Man, I'm hooked. Even if the majority of the stuff isn't believable....the people are, and the acting, storyline, everything is very well done.
Good TV all around.

Yup, really looking forward to the season finale this week, especially after seeing Nimoy in ST; he's going to be a brilliant counter to Walter. Although my own guess is that Walter won't get to confront William quite yet; I think they'll hold onto that as something to look forward to for next season.

I'm only on Episode 5 right now....so I just started the show.
Hard to find interesting TV shows to watch nowadays.

I see no reason it can't become a FOX staple like the X-Files. It has real potential.

Absolutely it has potential.
They have to keep the storyline intact though. And not slack off on the more important details like they do with a lot of other shoes.
Lost is a good example. Starts off strong, then just gets horrible after a season or two.

I just discovered that Anna Torv (Olivia) and Mark Valley (John Scott) got married last year. That's a pretty quick courtship.

This might be the best episode of the season. It's almost as good as Lost.
Now that I've seen the whole episode, this was by far the best episode of the season.
I've got WAY more interest in watching the next season then I did before tonight.

Hmm, I was a little disappointed. I will have to watch it again. A big WTF moment at the end, despite having read a little bit about what we were going to see.

I hate how they leave you a carrot at the end and tell you you'll have to wait until fall to see how things unfold. That said i love this series and eagerly await the start up again in the fall.
