CHL - Regina Pats (girlfriends brother is on the team)
MLB - Absolutely hate baseball. I can't watch it. I'll go with Phillies because I was born there
NFL - Chicago Bears (Don't watch much)
NBA - Phoenix Suns (I like Nash, don't watch much)
EPL - Manchester United
CIS - Dino's I guess
NCAA - Is this just basketball? If not Denver Pioneers

I dont have time for anything other than the Flames. Even then I probably am not able to watch more than half the games in a year due to school.

I don't really know, but I think it's football.
Also most people have the team and want them to do well in everything.
My list:
NHL - Calgary Flames
CFL - Calgary Stampeders
CHL - I've never been able to pick a favorite WHL team. (Hitmen, Tigers, Thunderbirds, Hurricanes)
MLB - Seattle Mariners
NFL - Seattle Seahawks
NBA - Seattle Sonics (Yeah I know)
EPL - none
CIS - Lethbridge Pronghorns
NCAA - Washington Huskies

Only during the tournament. Seems to me that NCAA Football is still a bit bigger. But I could be wrong.
