Looks like a fairly slow area for traffic, specifically the backroad that the truck was one so what are the chances that any other vehicle is going to be affected.

Except the bridge collapsed, didn't it? Maybe it just looked like it to me in the video. I'll watch it again.

Edit- Tough to say what happened to the bridge. Even if it didn't collapse, it would have suffered major damage. And the truck driver was likely hurt pretty seriously. Don't get me wrong, the driver is at fault, but this is not a funny accident at all.
