You know, it's always KevanGuy coming up with these weather warnings, which leads me to the question: Is he merely reporting the news, OR is he actually orchestrating these storms from his secret mountain fortress, and laughing maniacally as he sees us scurry for cover?

Is it possible to have a winter storm when it's not winter? Wouldn't it be a spring storm?

Uhh... no thanks. That would make it a "cold day in Hell" which would be bad news for anyone who's ever used that saying.

Just be glad it'll probably melt down there relatively quickly. We're supposed to get 10cm by tomorrow night as well, but it's not looking overly warm. I hate this season.

In the last 2 hours the temperature has dropped from 12.4 to 4.8 in McKenzie Towne. Yep, something bad is a' comin'.

Looks like it is going to be a warm weekend next weekend though, if that is any consolation.

Just came back from my daily walk and the wind was a biting cold here in High River. You could see the storm clouds in the distance

It's now 0 degrees, cloudy, dark and windy in Coventry Hills.

I left here to do some errands at 1 and it was 15 degrees. I got home 10 minutes ago and it's 0 degrees.

Blah.

As per the photo below, it was nice trekking along the southeastern shore of Chain Lake earlier today. . . . . about 14 above. It was only 7 above and dropping like a stone when I got home.

I washed my car on Tuesday. I'm glad it stayed clean for this long anyways. I was going to vaccuum it out today, but I didn't see the point.
