Plenty of blame to go around, but its true.

It's annoying seeing the River Bandits' front office and owners running circles around them.

Personally, I think 2 years just isn't long enough to build a fanbase. It sucks for the fans who did try to make it work. There's no way to sugar coat it - it's a raw deal for them.

This is nothing more than a financial decision. You can't blame fan support after such a short time imo.
