Thankfully, I was only 20 mins late to getting to the university so I didn't have too much delay.

Made me think of me driving home from work last night.

Get to an intersection (90th & Bonaventure) and I'm sitting in the intersection waiting to turn left as traffic flows past me. I end up waiting and glaring at some woman who went; signal left in left lane, reverse and signal right in right lane - pedestrian, reverse, approach the intersection without a signal light and stop. I'm not annoyed, more entertained, because now instead of driving through the intersection she's just sitting at the green light.

Then I realize that I've been watching this gong-show for long enough that the light might not be green anymore. Nope. Solid red for me and green the other way as I'm sitting in the middle of the intersection pretending to wait for the left turn to clear. Then I'm worried some jack-a-nape in a red lumber-moving van is trying to pass my dumb self so I shoulder check everywhere before clearing the intersection to a chorus of honks.

He figured since everyone in this thread seemed to be from Calgary, he'd pretend that it was actually sunny in Vancouver for a day and thought no one would notice.

From the weather network....

Current: 6 degrees, light rain
Tuesday afternoon: Cloudy with showers
Tuesday Evening: Cloudy periods
Tuesday overnight: Cloudy Periods
Wednesday morning: Variable cloudiness

We have bright sunshine and it's +5 now. I think God reads CP. or Mother Nature does.

Holy fark people are bad drivers. A little spraying water on Crowchild and suddenly people forget how to use their blinkers and how to look in their mirrors before changing lanes. I probably wore my horn out honking at all the wankers on the road today.

It rained early this morning in the Fraser Valley but it's nice and sunny now. Beautiful day.

It really hasn't rained much at all in the Vancouver area this winter.
