Not a coffee drinker myself, I'll mock from afar.
Quite surprised we haven't heard about this on TV yet, I assumed the buildup would be all over the airwaves, although within the week I am sure things will be thrown at the TV after every second commercial is some cheesball Tim Hortons commercial, as on this promotion, the ads go on overdrive.
Which actor will we want to beat in the next week for smirking about winning a free cofeee? They've used the black guy for the $1.39 muffin and coffee on the last stint, the same guy that was in the mushroom soup commercial, so he's safe.
Possibly one of those dinks from the Christmas ad and the gift card/coffee mug commerical? Or maybe they'll bring in the red haired dud who's done every other Canadian company add in the past 5 years (currently doing Listerine). Or the Wiser's sweater/Rogers Internet guy?

I don't buy Tim Horton's often, but I would probably put a rim roller on my key chain if someone were to give it to me for free. I wouldn't buy my own though.

Why oh why do companies do this? Like the kids that get to play hockey during the intermissions at the dome all get those flames jerseys but on the back is a humongous scotiabank logo. Come on... Stick it somewhere a little less obvious and it'll actually get worn.
One of my favorite golf shirts is one that I got at a golf club when I showed up improperly dressed. I wear the thing all the time even though there's a logo on it. It's a nice, tidy patch that doesn't look ######ed.

0/2 today. One large and one XL.

Damn, I'm probably not eligible for the prizes anyway, being from below the 49th. Maybe we can smuggle some across, meet you at Coutts?

My two are:
1) Westhills: Lines are usually wrapped around to the other side of the building, but they're very efficient and waits are generally no more than 5-10 minutes.
2) 85th (Near Cougar Ridge) No drive-thru, but never more than a few people in line (except, of course, peak hours)

0 FOR 3 so far. It usually takes me about 10 purchases for me to win a coffee. No worries, Tim's is a regular stop for me every day. Won't take that long to win something.

I can't wait to start the commercials because I'm sick of seeing Sidney Crosby trudge down the path while the bus is getting fixed.

I actually find timmys coffee to be wildly inconsistent, sometimes it'll be too watered down and taste crummy while other times it'll taste like sweet nectar of the gods!

Oh for one after today's drive. This is gonna get expensive, what with having Tim's taking my student card, and me having a bunch of extra money on it. Oh well, the game is damn addicting.

0 for 2 so far for us. I won a bike the morning my son was born almost five years ago now. With baby #2 coming this saturday I can't help but feel extra lucky. My wife won a small TV years ago and we always seem to do OK with the free coffee's etc.
