I was getting over 3000 yesterday when I was looking in the Shaw thread, but now I'm back to the same as you.

I would never buy any service from them as long as I live. I deal with all the Telecom groups in Alberta, and Telus BY FAR has the worst service people in the world. It's amazing what depths of stupidity they plumb.

Shaw Xtreme-I ($50/month) runs on speedtest.net at between 18,000-25,000 d/l at home and 1,000 full u/l.

Save yourself a headache. For real.

I switched to Bell for TV when I moved, so Shaw is the odd man out at this time. No biggie, all of the big telecom companies are more or less interchangeable. People have had good and bad experiences with all of them -- Bell, Shaw, Telus, whoever.

I'll be happy with my 10-15 d/l and 1 u/l after tomorrow.
