This question is wrong. There are only four US CITIES with teams in all 4 major sports.

Presumably, there are only 4 cities where the major league teams actually play within the same city limits. Phoenix wouldn't count, for example, because the Yotes and Cards play in Glendale.
Off the top of my head, I think the four cities that have four major league teams all within one city are: Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta, but that's just a guess.
Here are the other nine, and why they don't qualify:
The Pistons play in Auburn Hills: No Detroit
The Jets and Giants play in the Meadowlands in New Jersey: No New York
The Cards and Yotes play in Glendale: No Phoenix
The Rangers play in Arlington: No Dallas
The Panthers play in Sunrise: No Miami
The Wild play in St Paul: No Minneapolis
The Patriots play in Foxborough: No Boston
The Sharks play in San Jose: No San Francisco
The Redskins play in Landover, MD: No Washington

Unless I'm wrong, you're correct.

Agreed, I was thinking this as well. But frankly that's a little too technical for this sort of thing. I saw this as "name the 13 cities with all four teams in their greater metropolitan area"(and even further, when you count the Giants and Jets as New York City, even though they dont even play in that state. But they've got the name so its good enough for me in terms of this).

Cardinals, Giants, Rangers, Kings, and Panthers. It took me at least 10 minutes to come up with Panthers. I even went through the Carolina Panthers in my head numerous times.
