I'm kind of in the dark as to what good snacks would be. That's where I'm looking for creative suggestions.

1 cup of oatmeal mixed with 1 cup of cottage cheese and two table spoons of low sugar jam.

What are some good and somewhat tasty creatine/protein shake recipes?
You can get premixed flavored creatine like SizeOn. Or you could get the regular creatine and mix it with gatorade crystals. Just man up and drink the creatine mixed with water. It isn't that bad.

Honestly since your problem is being too skinny, and unless you want to be so lean you need to compete in a bodybuilding show, I wouldn't make your meals this painful.

I would find something you like to eat. Just make sure it isn't too high in carbs/calories and it is high in protein.

The trick for weight gain is to eat lots of times througout the day. You should never be hungry.

Its easy to make and actually tastes pretty good. Allthouth it is geared more towards lean muscle growth than just simply putting on weight.

Blend up a couple sticks of crisco in your protein shakes, have at least 3 a day. Drive everywhere, even distances of a block or less, always take the elevator.

Ok, so the official weigh in is
Frequitude: 158 lbs
Buddy: 201 lbs

I know that's a pound or two light for me (haven't eaten or drank much all morning), so I spotted him a pound and said 170 is my target and 185 is his.

Lunch today is an extreme protein shake from Jugo Juice and a large Avelino's italian sandwich...because I wanted one.

Here is my weight gainer shake:
Scoop of Whey protein
Milk
Oatmeal
blueberries
(natural)peanut butter

You can really sub anything protein/carb/ or nutritionally dense in it
ive tried flax seeds, cottage cheese, yogurt, spinach etc.
natty peanut butter is high in good fats and low in saturated fats
The oatmeal is cheap and high in carbs, this will enable u too add the xtra carbs you need, nuy a huge bag and try to incorporate it as much as u can

put it all in a blender and drink twice a day

also i would try eatting some cottage cheese before u good to bed.
gives u so slow absorbing proteins so your muscles can have some food throughout the night

I'll be following this thread, and doing my own weight gain regiment. I would love to put on 15-20 lbs of whatever I can get.

2:30 snack...Grilled chicken sandwich with a bunch of spicy chilli tuna snacker spread inside it.

(I'll have to do a shop before implementing some of the snack ideas within)

Go on a cruise.

Or get yourself one of those giant bags of trail mix costco sells and carry it around with you where ever you go. Great for snacking.
