this brings up an interesting point ... could you formulate a rule at all? If they weren't imprisoned I'm not sure you could stop a convicted sex criminal from participating in your lottery.

I don't get the smuggness that people get from pointing out a faux-pas in a song written by a teenager. I think I misspelled a word in the last sentence, but if someone wants to purchase the use of my words here for a cool million I'll quite live with the embarrassment of such a mistake.
