So I guess the African bad dude wasn't killed by the landmine from the preseason...

Redhead is the mole is my guess... she wasn't trying very hard to save the data on the computer.

I'm so happy 24 is back. I didn't realize how much I missed it until I was about 45 minutes in... great show. I totally didn't expect Tony to get caught so quick.. I suspect hour 3 and 4 are going to be intense.
On a side note I was pretty surprised to see Billy Walsh sitting at an FBI computer...

Best show on tv, it's amazing how fast that two hours went last night.

Me too. I bet he was just there to edit his latest movie, the FBI has powerful computers.

No marks whatsoever about being a foot away from an exploding mine....I was a bit confused about that whole aspect. You would have figured he'd be dead since Jack got to the village without any problems.
Anyways, Billy Walsh is going to go on a tirade soon about how Sundance sucks
This show is the same formula and has the same ludicrous plot twists every year, but yet the show is addictive like crack!!

Didn't he say something about them killing his brother.
Is it the same person, or is it suppose to be his brother?

I love 24 so much ... so happy it's back. I really liked how the red-head's boss shows up via helicopter to find her and Jack have apprehended Tony, yet all he does is look kinda sad and orders the chopper to fly away.
I'm probably going to steer clear of this thread as I'm a massive spoiler baby. I take spoilers far too seriously, so I'll leave by wishing everybody a happy viewing of this season!

I saw the second 2-hour episode for tonight and it was awesome.
SPOILER ALERT:
I knew Tony couldn't be bad. I like how they're working outside the government now.

His brother was the guy Jack killed in the 2 hour prequel who was trying to get the kids.

This was probably my biggest wtf? of the whole show also. He's the head of the FBI, in a national security crisis, in contact with the president, but has to commandeer a helicopter to go check up on his girlfriend in the middle of it all. wtf? I'd fire him If I was his boss. seriously
There's a lot of things happen, where you just have to suspend your reality a bit to make the show good, but it ususally moves so fast you forget about it pretty quick. Too bad, the helicopter was right at the end, of the show.

Maybe it was just me, but I couldn't take Tony's/Jack's supplier seriously. Russian looking dude with scars....but with a Scottish/Irish (one of those ones) Accent

Why do you think he commandeered it?
Secondly, Jake Bower was pulled out of the middle of a Senate hearing for torture and violation of human rights by the FBI. I'm pretty sure having Bower go rogue on their watch and potentially committing more of these acts would be pretty high on his list of concerns!

Well they just unveiled Buchanon and Chloe. Although it would have been a bigger "surprise" if they didn't show them in all the previews and such.
