I'm awake watching the Cable Guy...really bad movie, I don't understand why I'm still watching it. As for why I'm still awake, I'm on Winter Break from school and my sports training so I'm just staying up ridiculously late, waking up really late as well, and for no real reason. It's not like I'm partying I just sit here reading Deadpool comics (Deadpool is the best Marvel character ever). I feel like a child, minus the potential for surprise and presents.

Just finished wrapping my (grand total of) 4 gifts. Kind of tired, kind of bored, kind of not feelin' any Christmas spirit yet... at all... I think there's something wrong with me
Trying to decide on a movie to put on... the most Christmas related I'm going be getting is In Bruges... hmmm.

In Bruges is a fantastic movie, so many moments where I found myself almost spitting out my drink from out of nowhere awesomeness.
I'm not so sure there's something wrong with you (in response to the Christmas spirit) I don't really feel X-mas spirit these days, I think I kinda grew out of it.

Ahh yes, one of my favourite movies. It gets funnier every time I watch it
And I'm glad I'm not the only one. Most people do eventually, I would think... This is the second or third year I've felt so indifferent, I would say... but the sad part is, I'm still relatively young... dealing with the rest of the people my age who're so into it is so bloody annoying sometimes.

I'm only 22, so I totally understand what you mean. I still like the holidays, but I don't get all amped and excited like I used to.

Oh course I'm here and awake. Most nights recently 3am is an early night. We're a nocturnal family for sure. Our kids are the worst for going to bed EVER.
Tonight we're using the Santa's coming so you have to go to sleep routine. Don't know what we'll do tomorrow!
Merry Christmas everyone....

The evil version of Santa comes the rest of the year, if you're not asleep on time he'll devour you.

I was going to suggest something about a boxing day monster, but yours covers the rest of the year!

Just put the last few wrapped presents under the tree, and polished off the kid's "Santa" gifts with extra fancy paper, bows, tags etc. Now I just need to messily eat some cookies and drink the milk, and I'm off. Hopefully the buggers will sleep past 7...
Merry Christmas CP!

Well I just checked the TV listings and "Scrooge" starring Alistair Sim is coming on in just over an hour. One of my favorite Christmas movies so I'll most likely stay up to watch it.

Had dinner with family tonight and I'm still stuffed, so don't think I'll be sleeping anytime soon.

My stomach hurts from all the food i ate this past evening. The relatives sure put on quite a spread - roast of beef with all the trimmings. Gonna drown my sorrows with a few more brewskies.

Stuck in Vancouver. Nothing to do on my lonesome but watch TV and cruise CP.
Just watched V for Vendetta for the second time. Boy do I like that movie.
And I ate half a box of mandarin oranges, supplemented with half a box of Oreos. Which I guess is what happens when I don't have my mom around to supervise me.
Now I'm tired, yet strangely unsatisfied.
