New trailer.

With super awesome NIN - The Day the World Went Away as the Trailer music. Directed by Charlies Angels director McG who also used Blind by Korn in Charlies Angels (and directed a few of their vids too.)

Trailer is very story oriented.

Link Deleted.

EDIT: I hope this isn't Fata. I forgot to check the Terminator TV show thread.

^^^^ This link is better.

I think I may live in the theatre this May, between Star Trek, X-Men, and this.

I think that's a good observation, and to me it's a little like why I find Alien and even Alien III far superior to Aliens: when you're blasting the creatures away en-masse, it really takes away from their mystique. Making them easy to kill cheapens the whole franchise.

My cousin was a possibility for the leading lady role. It would have been a three movie deal, apparently the casting person loved her, but she was too young. Damn, that would have been cool!

Holy crap, thats all I can say.

Little let down that the resistance has a-10's and helicopters, its a departure from the first movie where it was truly desperate. The scene with the harvester grabbing humans was very cool.

Well, it was always pretty stupid in T1 and T2's futures that these massive Skynet machines were trying to hunt down the humans with slow firing lasers, etc. that they could outrun on foot or on their trucks.

You are machines. Just flood the planet with radiation or unleash some disease or biological warfare or good ol' fashioned mustard gas and be done with them.

Yeah, that would have won an academy award in the short films category.

I'll have to wait Sunday to see it. Unless I go super early on Thursday before work...

It looks pretty darn good, I think.

exactly. I wasn't a big fan of the new Star Trek movie and it got overwhelming approval from that site.
