There is another place on the east side of MacLeod near the 37th-42nd Ave area. It is called Gaucho and is also a Brazillian BBQ place. They do keep bringing you meat but I think there is a 2-hour time limit or something. Some of the best food I've ever had.

I was so intrigued that I booked a table in 2 weeks. Nothing next week available, apparently.
All you can eat meat?

It's actually on Fairmount Drive a few blocks south of Glenmore, Just north of Flint Rd. If you drive down Macleod looking for it you won't see it.
EDIT: I see the address was in one of the links posted....

Yup, Fogo De Chao was the first one to do this on a national level, and all these other places followed soon after. Bolero's is OK, but Fogo is far superior (but more expensive too).

Ate at Bolero, nearly died (from over meat intake, the food was delicious), took me a few days to recover.
Highly recommend
note: it is virtually impossible for your body to process that much meat, be prepared for a few days of literally feeling full.

For sure, that was probably the best part; no need to order desert.

I don't remember exactly how much Caesars Steak House is, but is this really much better than just getting a real good steak, cooked how you like it?

If you are after a great stake cooked exactly how you like it, no not really.
But if you order steak @ Caesars you get steak. This place you get 5 different kinds of beef, lamb, different kinds of chicken, a few different kinds of pork, pineapple.. And they're all roasted on skewers so they have a BBQ style to them.
Just a different kind of thing, I agree if you want a perfectly done steak Boleros isn't the right place, though if you get a skewer that's pretty full they can usually cut a piece that's done how you like.

The first time I went I hit the meat hard. I couldn't get enough fast enough and walked out of there feeling like I was going to explode. I couldn't look at red meat for about 10 days after that, so the trick is to pace yourself and don't load up on potatoes and stuff in the salad bar. I found taking a nice plate of salad, the southwest style with corn is my fav, and slowly munching on it during the whole meal makes the whole thing easier. Also, don't order pop with it--stick with wine or water.
When the kid comes buy with the meat, just get small hunks chopped off. I'm like most guys and want a big old slab slapped down there, but really just get little bits and then at the end ask for them to bring by your fav once again.
My one issue, then never seem to have enough of the bacon-wrapped chicken--that, by far, may be the best thing on the menu. I like the alctra and picahna as far as red meat goes. Also, the tres leches is a good one for dessert, if you have room.

Okay, this was hilarious!
Nobody? I'm not going to go through this and point out the comedy genius point by point, you should all be able to see this.
Alright, I'll do one, the most obvious one:

i think they've raised their prices now.. i went there for the first time and it was $35 and then a week later i took my dad there for his birthday and i think they raised it another $5 .. i am not 100% sure though it may have been less.
but i agree that the bacon wrapped chicken/beef is the best! also, the sausage was really good too! stay away from the chicken leg though.. it's rather dry and isn't all that special

I totally agree here, the chicken legs aren't anything special. Think a chicken wing drummette before its tossed into the buffalo sauce...

my brother in law and I go toe-to-toe during fondues. It's not possible for me to keep up for long as he's 100lbs larger than I am. Good times. Beef, chicken, shrimp, etc.
I'll have to check out this Bolero place, sounds good.

Went last night. om nom nom nom nom nom nom. Never turned that thing to red.
Pichana - Best of the night. We kept getting the end piece with all the sauce and seasoning. Great.
The filet mignon was awesome, especially the bacon wrapped ones (chicken wrapped bacon thing was great also).
My only concern was that by the time the meat got around to you, it was cold. Or lukewarm.
Had a great mexican beer there too.
